OSA General Assembly 2025

Dear OSA Members,

We would like to announce the date of the General Assembly of OSA, z.s. members:

Date: Monday 26 May 2025
Time: 12:30 pm
Place: Grandior Hotel Prague, Na Poříčí 1052/42, 110 00 Prague-Florenc

The purpose of this year's meeting is to elect representatives to the OSA Supervisory Board for the term 2025-2028.

Candidacy for the Supervisory Board

If you are interested in standing for election for your professional group and meet the minimum membership* requirement of at least 3 years in the OSA, please send us your nomination by 31 March 2025 at the latest in one of the following ways

• via data mailbox (DS ID: 9wuieau)
• by post to OSA, z.s., Bělehradská 222/128, 120 00 Prague 2

Recommendation: These materials will be published in the General Assembly booklet and in the e-voting environment.

Electronic voting option

If you are unable to attend in person, you will be able to vote electronically between 16 and 20 May 2025, including the election of representatives to the Supervisory Board from your professional group.
